My drill charges but does not indicated charge status?

Last week, I plugged my drill in to charge over night. I noticed that when I plugged it in, the charging light did not come on. I went ahead and left it on the charge and the next day the drill seemed to be fully charged. Is it possible that the LED went bad on my battery? I have only had the drill for a little while.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Hey Eric,

It is very possible that your LED went bad. This will not effect the performance of your drill but if you wish to replace the LED check out our troubleshooting page. This page should be able to help you with any issues you have.
