Table Screen not Responcive. Why?

I have a Tagital Tablet PC. and the screen won't respond to touch, The charger is lodged in it Cracked screen, I want Data on it, Don't want to erase anything what so ever, and the keyboard is broken, and every time I go online it starts having these problems., How do I fix it without erasing the memory or anything?
