Why cant I sync music onto my I pod
I bought my I pod used and it seems to be locked and my computer wont read it. How can I open it

Do you have iTunes loaded? You'll need to do a "restore to factory settings" in iTunes. This will erase all the settings the previous owner used, then you can customize the iPod with your music, photos, etc. Here is the direct link for downloading iTunes to your main computer:
