Why do I still have backlight spikes?

i got my MacBook pro fixed Saturday for the jumping video
I have not had that so far, but I have backlight flickers now.
Is this a good question?

Assuming you got it "fixed" under warranty, I'd take it back and ask Apple to finish the job. You should not have to work on this machine yourself if it is still under warranty, and even if it isn't, obviously the person who "fixed" it didn't do a competent job, and they need to fix it for you. It sounds like either the screen is dying, or the inverter cable is being crimped. But again, I would make Apple correct their problem, rather than take it on yourself and risk complicating the issue or giving them a reason to blame you.

Honestly, he has been having problems with that machine since he bought it. I would contact customer relations and just get a new machine. Too many headaches for a brand new machine.
if i did this, would they match my specs and hook me up with a i7
If that is what you currently have yes. I have had great luck with Apple as far as customer relations. You have to express your frustration and express your disgust with the machine. It has been a barrel of issues for you and you should not have to be making so many repairs.
