recharging loading and battery problems

Hey all,

i have a samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1 wifi.

First there was a charging problem. i could't recharge the battery, i tought it was the cable, i used a other (original) charger, but the problem was still there.

I renewed the charging cable and the battery, still the same problem.

the problem is that there is a red cross over the battery icon , and if the tablet is off, and i recharge it , you see a battery icon charging, but the color is orange/gold. in stead of green.

steps i already did :

placed a new battery

new charging flex cable ( original)

new charger. (original + original usb cable)

hard reset..

nothing worked.

advice?

thanks,

Kevin

You tried using a Samsung Galaxy 2.1 Amp charger right?

Try using those aftermarket 2.1 Amp apple chargers which pretty much charge almost any tablet or phone.

Potential solution from a quote from (http://forums.androidcentral.com/samsung...):

I held down the power button for 10 seconds, then while holding down the power button, I held down the vol-down button for 10 seconds. When I released both buttons, it lit up with a menu. Then I used the vol up and down buttons to highlight "power down" and pressed the power button to select it. It powered off. Then when I plugged in my charger, I saw the 'liquid' charging animation!
