continually refreshing and not loadin

I have gone into the internet to gmail.com to try and log in to a very old gmail account that I don't use. After putting in login and password it continues to search and won't stop. My husband cannot check his account now as we have this continous problem

Hi,

Try clearing the cache from the browser that you are using. Here is a link that shows you how. Scroll down to method 2 for what to do when using Samsung 'browser' or scroll further if it is not what you were using.
