I try to replace U2 (1610A2), and it's broken down

Hey all! I've the same problem with my ip5s (okt-2013)... It was overheating, fast draining. I try to replace U2 (1610A2), and it's broken down... 2-3 minutes apple logo, then 1sec blue screen, and restart and again and again. iTunes doesn't see it, apple configurator doesn't see it. My macbook doesn't see it. No missed c39. Please help

The ic is not soldered correctly or has failed (possibly due to too much heat). This is the same as the behaviour of a device that has no U2 ic installed at all
