after jtag I am not able to use stylus.

Due to battery drain my device was not getting to on but as I was affraid of it's getting dead. I went to samsung and they told to change motherboard. I found it too costly so I approach one person who did jtag over device but device could not get start. I went to one hardware person known to me for long time. He just pulled out battery and somehow could feed power to battery and then device get on but I am not getting to use stylus. Other functions are absolutly fine.

Wanted to ask if resoftware will help?

How can I do it myself ?
