How to Dry water under z3 surface?

hi/ as you know sony speria z3 is known as waterproof phone/ so for test and cleaning i washed my phone under water/ but after turn on my phone i saw water under surface and my surface doesnt work as good as before/ how does i can dry it ?

also i saw some water under camera lenz

Place in a bag of rice for 1-2 days leave in a dry warm place
