I was hoping you have advise my vacuum works fine suction etc until
I plug in the hose with peered brush attachment Then there is no suction at all . Hose, filter , and bag are clean and free of clogs

Well you either have a clog you don't know about or you aren't switching the suction to the hose. Take off where hose starts and see, if you have suction there then you know it's the hose. And if you don't have suction then it's somewhere else. Pretty simple
