Why the touch not working?

Android tablet released in September of 2014. Lenovo Tab S8-50F

My touch is not working however it is not the case of hang. Upon touch it do not respond up volume, power switch are working properly.

you should chek the connectors(flat)

i think its not set on place.

if it was ok you must change the touch.
