I replaced my cracked iphone 6 screen at a shop. I switched to phone on and the passcode screen was not there just like a new phone. So I went to the settings page and I found that touch id was switched off. Keep in mind that I had both passcode and touch id on before fixing my phone. how can it be possible

Hello,
I hope your data was still there. It is not uncommon for a tech to remove the passcode in the process of preforming pre and post checks of your phone. It should have been turned back on however. I also would check to make sure your Touch ID is still functional.

If the fix was properly solved, everything should work. Try resetting your settings or updating the firmware
