Error loading Scan Component
When I boot up the Neat Desk Scanner I get this box that says the following.
Error Loading Scan Component
Neat is having difficulty loading scan components that power various functions in the application including scanning. You may click Continue to dismiss this message and continue with limited functionalities.
Most of the time, this problem resolves itself the next time you open Neat after machine restart. If this does not solve the issues please contact customer support.
I have tried rebooting the machine and my PC but to no avail. Can anyone give me a hint of what I can do to fix this. Other wise I will have to wait for customer support to get back to me via email.
