Why my iPhone won't turn on

hello there ....

ok i have a iphone 5s which i tried to fix the touch ic but I did overheat it too much around 3 times and didnt work, so i tried once but this time I did replaced the ic., When I tried to power on but it did not turn on

someone can give me a idea to what happened.

The touch IC isn't in its place and is in short, that is why the phone is not turning on. You need to reball the touch IC after you take it out.
