2002 chevy malibu dashboard and tail lights wont turn on

The tail lights and the dashboarf lights of my 2002 chevy malibu won't turn on

Hi,

You may wish to check that the fuses for both the instrument lights and the tail lights are OK. The information regarding their location is below

This link shows the layout of the Instrument Panel Fuse block which is found on the passenger's side. The instrument panel lights and the brightness control are supplied by Fuse A

This link shows the fuse number of the tail lights (parking lamps). It is mini fuse #45 in the engine compartment fuse block.

Sounds like fuses. Possibly a relay. I tried finding you a guide for which fuses you need to replace first, but can't seem to find one, also I'm kinda tired at this point

I checked all fuses and bulbs with a multimeter they all test good as well as visual inspection checks good...
