head phone jack repair

how do I know if it's a thick or thin version? I need to replace the headphone jack

Stephen LaScola you could use a kitchen scale and weigh your iPod The "thick" is ~5.7ounce's/163g and the "thin" is ~4.9 ounce's/137g. Check your serial number on this site and see what it tells you.

Depends on your capacity.

If i'm not mistaken, the 80GB is the thin version, while the 120GB is the thick version.

Well that is either a 2nd or 3rd GEN I think that you should get a new one

minecraft pro good game why would you suggest to replace it? If you can fix it there is absolutely no reason to get a new one. Also, there is absolutely no reason for people having to text you to receive an answer. We answer questions on this forums so everyone benefits
