by googling around I have found this code for the spare parts of my PS3 super slim CECH-4204C (500GB) model:

  1. KES-850A : laser BR lens
  2. KES-850PHA : tray + laser BR lens

From reviewing several eBay listings, the information you found seems to be correct. However, the specific model for your console can always be found by disassembling the laser unit, if you are planning on replacing it or the laser.
