No sound and weak vibration.

I repaired my iPhone the other day (keep in mind, I have done this many times before), but now I am having issues. My speaker is not working and my vibration is very weak now. Would a damaged Lightning Connector and Headphone Jack ribbon cable potentially be causing this issue? I ordered replacement parts for both the speaker and vibrator. I installed both with no luck. Coming here to hopefully find some answers.

Yes, because the ribbon cable is what send the data from both those components to the main board.

Replacing that might solve the issue.
