How to flash the kyocera C67745

hi everyone,

i'm using a kyocera C6745. it doesnt reconigse any network. i cant acces the APN.

only a message "APN is not avalable for this user.

Help me to fix it please.

Hi,

Have you tried, (if possible) inserting a different SIM card from the same network to see if the phone recognizes the network or inserting your SIM card into a network compatible phone and seeing if it detects the network?
