Why my cleaner is not working properly

My Aircraft Pilot Pro Robotic vacuum cleaner is not working properly. What it does is going back and forth for 5 seconds and stops. And if I press the home button on the remote control can't go to charging dock, because can't find it any more. How can I fix it?
