How to disassemble the circle of the home button?

Dear all,

Sorry for my poor english :) ! I want to know how i can change the circle around the home button ? Could you give me tips :) ? I need to replace only this part, and not the complete home button (i don't want an Error 53) .

Why're you repairing the circle? Playing with the home button is likely to give you error 53
