EFI chip replacement & little cables ripped (really small & didnt see)

So repairing my Macbook's EFI chip (Bios), also, a guide is not on here and is a motherboard chip, and underneath, there were very small copper wires connecting to different pieces that also disconnected.

Does anyone have an idea to re-put the wires back together?

Why or how did your EFI chip get locked? Apple will gladly unlock it for you for free. All you have to do is show proof of purchase.

Forgot the passcode. And the laptop is a handdown and the previous owner doesnt have any proof, so apple cant help in this situation

Which raises a separate but related question: Exactly what does Apple require for them to consider you the new "owner" of the Mac?

Thank you, as I have a client that purchased a MBP from a person who is now incarcerated (no comments, pls). The Mac works; we just can't upgrade it due to the EFI lock.
