USB, HDMI, SD card slot not working after El Capitan installed?

Installed El Capitan and USB, HDMI, and SD card slot will not work. Appears drivers are not installed. Is there somewhere to find the drivers for hardware on a Mac?

Options

The OS installer would have installed all of the needed drivers.

Run Apple Diagnostics, follow this Apple T/N: OS X El Capitan: Use Apple Diagnostics or Apple Hardware Test. Did it find any errors?
