Mac stepped on,display broken
macbook pro 17" a1261
My kid stepped on the Mac and now the display is totally defective. Can I replace just the LCD?

Yes, you can replace just the LCD or you can do what Mayer suggested and replace the entire display assembly. Unfortunately, we are out of stock on the LCD panels for your laptop right now, but you should be able to find some with a quick Google search.
