mahmoud eldeep since it displays properly on an external monitor, I'd exclude the motherboard/GPU. It is easily possible that you are having issues with the LCD. I'd start there.

Thanks for your fast reply. but is there any explanation for this phenom? is cold can effect on the screen and make it flickering like this?

by

Yes it can. coils, caps and resistor as well as transformers can have cold solder joints that may close during warm up.

I have another Dell Latitude E5520 with Screen of 15.6” HD (1366x768) Anti-Glare LED. I exchanged the two LCD and my screen works fine till now on latitude without any flickering from startup and latitude screen works fine too on my laptop without flickering at startup too till now.my screen is 15.6" 1920x1080 HD Ultra Sharp Anti-Glare LED.what may cause this problem??!

by

the problem not from the monitor as i replaced it with another low resolution one (1366*768) and it did not show up the problem.i think it`s something related to power input from graphics card to the monitor as FHD monitor consumes alot of power than the HD monitors.but i still can`t determine which part i should replace.
