Freezing up on me
It's always freezing on me and I will always have to take out the battery.

Hi,
Try a hard reset. (factory reset)
Be aware that a hard reset will erase all your downloaded apps and user data and will restore your phone to a factory default condition. It will be like you first bought it.
If you wish to save your data, perform a backup first using the phone's backup and reset feature.
Before you perform a factory reset (hard reset) ensure that the battery is charged. Do not leave the charger connected when you perform a factory reset.
Here's a link that shows you what to do. Use the second method shown if you can. It is for a Alcatel One Touch Snap but the procedure is the same for your phone.

Be patient, it takes a few minutes to perform the reset.
After the phone has been reset, you can restore your data it to what is was before you started the reset. However if it was an app that you had downloaded that was causing the problem and you restore your data you may well reintroduce the problem back into the phone. Just something to be aware of.
