Speaker does not work after change of backcover

I changed the backcover and the screen of my friends Iphone 6. Everything works great, besides the Speaker. The Phone doesn't ring, neither plays music aloud. Headphones and lightning connector also work properly. Is there any way to get it working without changing the part?

Options

You can try lift up the loud speaker and press it firmly down. Care that sometimes there might just be a small piece of glass or a screw stuck between loud speaker and charging port
