Vertical lines half of screen has not been dropped

Tablet bought from Walmart in Columbus Georgia, June 2015 tablet has not been dropped. Turned on and the lines were there. Will not show anything but colorful vertical lines

Options

you have probably damaged the LCD display or at very least made the connection bad . you can raplace the LCD
