Where can I get "insulating glue"?

I've changed the battery and re-seated the antenna connectors, but I had to strip the "cloudy-white glue," which I'm assuming is an insulating glue of some kind. The question is where can I get this kind of glue to replace the ones I stripped? Thanks!
