How can I get my phone to power of or restart
My phone will not power off or restart even when I hold the power button down

I will give you 2 different ways. Hope this will be helpful for you.
1) Press the Power button to turn off your phone. Then Press with holding Volume up and power button till you see the Recovery Mode Option. Now select Factory Reset or Wipe Data Option after pressing Volume Down button and then confirm it after pressing power button.
2) (Note: this method will erase your Phone data. So firstly maintain a backup file for your data then apply these methods. ) --->
If your device is switched on then Go to Menu -> then select Settings Option -> Got to privacy -> select -> Factory data reset -> select Reset Phone option to restart your device.
