Problems with wland drivers

I can't make wifi works on this computer. I installed windows 7, 8 and xp, and in none of them appears as if it wasn't installed at all. Everything started after I upgraded the pc's bios to its A10 version.

I unsuccessfully tried installing the drivers for each os. After that I installed windows 7, then went into the bios and restaured default settings. Then when I turned on the pc the card was automatic installed. Now I have windows 8.1 on it but still I can't install the software for it so I can't use the hotspot or the bluetooth neither turn on the signal after turned off using the keyboard (FN+F2)

This is the card number: NIC PCI-E de LAN inalámbrica 802.11n Realtek RTL8191SE

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hi,

Just to verify, is there an option in BIOS to turn WLAN on and off? If it is on what is device manager saying regarding the status of the device (bluetooth as well)? What message are you getting when you try to install the driver software?

Is this the driver (win8.1 32 bit) that you are trying to install http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/1...

You need to install the compatible driver, and when you install manually, you can try to run it as administrator. And you can use driver tool like Driver Talent to install drives for you computer.
