change MHz from 850MHz to 1900Mhz

It is physically only capable of receiving 850MHz and 1900MHz signals that are used in North American countries. Rest of the world use 900MHz and 1800Mhz frequencies. Like I said, Different hardware. I think

can I replace to make it accept 900MHz or 1800MHz???
