How do I troubleshoot Wifi that is not turning on?
My wifi settings for my DigiLand DL701Q tablet is stuck in "turning on". Also, the wifi signal fluctuates rapidly, like not responding. Tried to reset the tablet and rooting but it still came up with the same problem. How do I troubleshoot?
