My tray will not ooen or close.

My tray will not open or close.

I have used the paperclip in the yellow hole method for some time now, but now the Xbox will not even recognize that the tray is closed when it is.

Please Help.

Have you tried this against other games to rule out being limited to one game?

Try pushing a little bit on the top of the console once the drive is closed and listen for the computer to read the disc, once it starts you should be able to let it go and it might read.

Yes I have tried different games and movies even,,,bug it's not that the system won't read the disk, it's the system will not read that the tray is closed.

But I will try this just in case
