Bose QC20i Headphones - 2 of the 3 Audio Controls are stuck

Hi, I have QC20i Bose Headphones and 2 buttons on the Audio control are stuck down and don't spring back up. It's like they are collapse. Any help appreciated! Thanks!

I have same issue (but with one of the buttons). I can't figure out how to take apart the control box.

Hi, I have a similar problem on the middle button, Bose do not repair they offer a discount on a new one.
