Hard reset of my iPhone 4

Have problems with my inlogname and password, on my iPhone 4, as wel on my iPaD 2.

The problem is, the password is my old email address but it don't exist anymore, and I lose my password.

So, I can give in my Log-in name but not my password.

After all I try to reset my iPhone, so I do the normal procedure and get the questions for language and country, after that of course it ask for the inlogname and password.

I have a copy on my MacPro but it works not anymore, it still asking for my name/pw.

For my iPad it is not a big problem only i can't update the apps, but for the iPhone it is worthless now, I can't use it anymore.

Is there a way to open it and make a reset with a jumper or something like that?

If there is a solution, please let me know, thanks in advance.

I'm sorry to say but had a customer with the same issue and with out the password he couldn't reset it. But the reset only asked for the password when the phone was is iCloud lock or lost mode. If it doesn't have either one you should be able to completely wipe everything on the phone and restore to factory.

I'm sorry to say, the login name on my phone/ipad is even on iCloud not reconised anymore, somebody say it is a bug in the phone, and you'll have in the icloud change your login to your old login, that is possible but then Apple send a new controlle number to that old email address, and that address do not exist anymore.

So it is impossible to go to the old login name.

I'm still surprised because I have a back-up on my computer, and of course it is possible to load it to the phone, but then again....the login and pw.
