How can I fix the paint chips on my iPhone 6?

Ok, so for the past few days I've been going about with a naked iPhone bc my case has gotten dyed with this blue liquid (I honestly don't know how, thank goodness the phone survived) and I haven't found another case.

And now I can see that the gold paint is slowly chipping off and you can see bits of the metal throughout the phone... :( I don't have insurance or anything, and I need to fix it bc I'm going to have to use this phone for more than 5-6 yrs.

Also, if you've got some tips on cleaning the phone please tell me! I've managed to clean out some dust in the headphone jack and charging hole but it's still a bit dirty. And the little space between the white screen and the gold housing is full of dust and stuff.

Please help me conserve my iPhone! I've only had it a few months ;( thank you loads!

The most effective option would be to replace the back panel/casing. It can be a diy repair but most phone repair shops should be able to do it. Otherwise you could just look to use a type of gold pen to fill in obvious scratches.
