My new iPhone 6 16gb when I turned it on it keep restarting for 10 min then it showed an false temperature alert
It's not even warm and it's new
And in my country we don't have any apple store or services please help me

It sounds like a battery issue or a loose connection bridging another connection. Either way it needs to go to a repair store, ask for a free quote to repair, it shouldn't cost to quote.
