Greetings!
I accidently dropped my MBP and, although it didn't had huge damage aesthetically one of the cable retainers broke. Does the Upper Case on sale include the display data cable retainers?

The answer is going to vary based on who you ask. According to Apple, it's part of the LCD assembly. While Apple considers it an assembly only part, it can be replaced individually.
You will have to tear the whole notebook down to replace the cable. Follow this guide to do it.
You may have to get a good used cable in order to do it without a screen assembly unless you can find the cable new.
