The remote control is broken. I received the box for christmas.
I would like to know can I receive a replacement for this broken remote control.

Hi,
The following is relevant as long as you mean that the remote control is not working, (you have checked the batteries or tried new ones) as opposed to being literally broken.
If the RCA Digital Converter Box + remote was a gift then hopefully the gift giver still has the purchase receipt.
The complete package is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Consult the User Guide as regards to what you have to do to obtain a warranty repair/replacement. You will need proof of purchase to obtain warranty service.
If the remote control is actually broken, unfortunately you will either have to contact the manufacturer about purchasing a compatible remote or try to find a 'Universal' remote that handles your particular model converter box.

You could always look at buying a replacement remote. Without knowing your model# I will not be able to find you a specific remote that will work with your RCA Digital Converter box.
