Hi,
I assume that you mean that your text messages aren't being sent. Is this correct?
Here is a link which shows you how to check that you have the correct message centre number for your network operator, installed in your phone.
You will need to go to your network operator's website and find out what their message centre number is so that you know what number should be inserted in your phone as per the description in the link
