Why won't my acer aspire load any drivers (cd driver hdd)
Acer aspire ax3400
My PC has recently started having a major fault not letting the PC start up or even install a new windows the PC will load but will not boot windows i go to bios menu make sure everything is enabled and no drivers show up it has been starting to get on my nerves the CD drive and the HDD have been installed correctly but nothing seems to be showing up the SATA cables are correctly in and the drives are spinning up but the computer just won't detect them. Please help
Is this a good question?
Hi,
Just wondering if you have a faulty SATA controller or either a faulty HDD or ODD. Maybe you could try either unplugging the ODD or the HDD (just one) and seeing if you can either boot (if the HDD is left in) or boot off a CD, just in case one or the other is causing a problem.

I have tried unplugging both and it does not seem to affect how it is acting i have tried different HDD and SATA cables and nothing seems to be helping it

Hi,
Try booting off a bootable USB stick Don't forget to change the boot priority first. If this works it seems that your SATA controller might have failed. You could also try reflashing the BIOS in case it is corrupted. Haven't investigated this though. Just a thought.
