Okay, no bootable device means it isn't reading anything to boot it into windows mode. If this machine was working and is not now, then first thing is to check to make sure the harddrive is inserted properly. If you have an inserted hard drive and it's working, then it might be that your boot portion got corrupted and windows will need to be reinstalled so it can boot into the windows desktop.
