Get need when paper tray full

The printers I have usually give this error when the paper is not coming out of the tray. Either the paper is not fully up to where it needs to be in the tray for the roller to pick it up or it could be too much paper has been loaded into the tray and it's stuck. Try using a couple of sheets first, to ensure that there is no problem with the rollers and if it picks it up then try more. Also make sure the tray is inserted properly.
