"error while retrieving server information"after hitting install btton

I have a problem when i want to download or to update any apps on my samsung galaxy tab 7.0 plus...it keep saying "error while retrieving server information"after i hitting the install or the update button...so,is there any solution to this problem...please...some help is needed here...thanks for any response to my question...

Checked another forum and the guy said to do this: Go to applications -> all

From there clear data of Play store, Download manager and google services framework.
