Bluetooth worked fine when we connected it to the first device and when we tried connecting it to another one it didn't appear in the Bluetooth connection.
Is this a good question?

Hi,
You have to un-pair (or disconnect ) the Flip from the first device.
Press the Start button on the JBL Flip, it will make a warning beep and turn on. The start button will glow blue.
Press the '+' and '-' buttons together, and press the 'Bluetooth' button on the JBL Flip, and keep pressed until the Bluetooth button starts blinking blue. Now the JBL Flip is in pairing mode and can be discovered by the new device.

I tied with this. but it is not working for me
I went to Apple Store. They tested my new I-phone. It worked perfect. ATT tested my modem. Running perfect. Neither my JBL Flip nor my Altec Lansing will connect with the Bluetooth. The tech at Apple suggested that the cue "forget this network" might clear up the problem.. It didn't!! I re-entered my passwords, nothing works. Both speaker systems worked great until my Apple stolen phone was replaced. All the lights blink on the speakers in the proper sequence but no music.
Still won't work on either device. iOS 11.2. Someone forgot to test this iOs upgrade.

Turn on jbl go, led will starts blinking, now hold on Bluetooth button and volume “-“ button same time. After some time led button stops glowing it means now your Bluetooth is reset successfully. This works for me.

Mine has a Bluetooth button next to the volume button, and I needed to push that one instead. Hope this helps someone.

I just held down the Bluetooth button by the volume down button until power button blinking blue- looked on iPhone, it was there, hit connect and connection successful
I held down pairing button and volume minus button after 10-15 it powered off and won’t come back on unless connected to power cord. Any advice?

Press the “+“ and the phone buttons at the same time while JBL is on. It will then shut down. Restart, Pair will be successful.

Good job mate it worked for me with iOS. The Clip needs to have the Bluetooth reset to re-pair successfully.

Just got my old JBL Flip connected to iPhone on iOS 14.3. Turned on and red light came on. Pressed fir 3 seconds and button flashed blue. Could not see JBL on Bluetooth list on iPhone. Eventually pressing the + and phone button together got the light to flash red/blue and JBL appeared on Bluetooth list. Selected and paired successfully. I forgot how good the sound is.
