Fuel injection mapping issue

I installed a vance & Hines Fuelpak fuel injection tuner and a vance & Hines 2 into 1 exhaust system on my 2006 harley streetrod (vrod). No oxygen sensors with this system

I used the map provided by V&H but am having serious issues once bike is at full operating temperature. It sputters, and cuts out below 2000 rpm and less than 15% throttle but clears up once I crank open the throttle and rpms increase.

I have spoken to V&H several times and modified the existing map to no avail.

Can someone please help me figure this out?? I even removed the Fuelpak but it did the same thing. I have not removed the aftermarket exhaust for further testing as I don't see how it could be the problem. But my last resort is go back to completely stock and see if it does it still.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

A high flowing exhaust system will lean out your mixture - don't rule out the exhaust when troubleshooting. A low-tech tool that can be very helpful is the color-tune spark plug - it is not a replacement for a scope and gas analyzer, but it can get you into the right ballpark mixture-wise.
