tab 4 keeps struck at main startup(samsung galaxy tab 4 )

i tried to factory reset it ..when it restart samsung galaxy tab 4 showed up and struck there only..when i tried to restart it ,it struck there again..i tried to do(pow+volup+menu ,pow+voldow+menu ,pow+menu) nothing works..need solution guys fast
