Sd card storage problems

How come all my storage say computing with an sd card in my phone and when i try to move apps that ARE compatible with the SD card it says unable to move app, why is this???? its really annoying me cus this phone only has like 4 gigs of space I can use, 8 in device but like 3.5 is taken up by system data.

My sd card is 16 gigs with 12 gigs of space.
