Hi,

Have you checked / changed the batteries in the keyboard?

Mine wont stay on either. I have used 3 different sets of brand new batteries. The green light comes on and then goes off in like 45 seconds.

Do you have a smart tv? Has it gone through any software updates? Will the keyboard connect to anything else, like your desktop or laptop, if you have one?
